Refund Policy

We have a 100% guarANTee on our products. If you didn't love Ant Sauce, it's likely due to all the ants escaping from your bottle or you just have a terrible palette. To get a refund, email theantsescapedagain@antsgourmet.com with your order number. Remember that personal attacks and rude insults will expedite the process.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your order total must be under $100. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To request a replacement, you can contact us at theantsescapedagain@antsgourmet.com. Please provide a photograph of the defective or damaged product.

Escaped Ants and other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the ants escaped, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the ants escaped, DO NOT go after them. The ants were shipped dead. So if they escaped, you have magical, resurrected vampire ants on your hands. You should be terrified.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve issued your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
